Licences required to be a Musketeer

You will need certain Licences to be able to own and operate a musket on the Battlefield. 
Don't worry the officers in Hammond's musket division will advise you on how to apply for them.

The following list is correct at the time of publishing, but may vary as rules and regulations have a habit of doing! The best thing to do is to liaise with the musket officers and they will be right up to date!

  • Shotgun Licence - Issued by your local police force
  • Acquire Black Powder Licence - Issued by your local police force
  • RCA Certificate - Issued by the Health & Safety Executive
  • A current Sealed Knot Membership - Issued by the Sealed Knot
  • Musket Test Pass Card - Issued by the Sealed Knot Musket Inspectorate
